Note that feet are often best measured in the morning. They are prone to swell during the day, and as such, measuring them in the evening can mean an order being placed for too big a size. All our footwear is supplied with removable insoles, so if you suffer from swelling feet, as the day wears on - you can remove the insoles and keep comfortable all day.

Step 1 Measure the Joint Circumference in millimetres	Warning... although this tape measure has been drawn accurately, it might well print out inaccurately. Once printed, place a ruler along side it to check its accuracy before you use it.   The tape measure must be printed at full size to be useful.
